UT Summer Science

UT Summer Science is an inquiry-based STEAM program for youth ages 10+ (entering grades 5–11). Participants explore marine science through hands-on field and lab activities, work alongside UTMSI scientists and educators, and build skills in teamwork, problem-solving, and the scientific method.

Camps run 8 AM–12 PM and are limited to 20 students per grade group (5–6, 7–8, 9–11). Each session includes a research vessel trip, lab investigations, and real-world scientific exploration.
