Winter Texan Programs – Oyster Shells Windchime @ Rockport

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a creative twist! In this workshop, you’ll use oyster shells and other materials to craft a beautiful windchime that you can hang at home. A wonderful way to make something meaningful from nature’s gifts. The programs are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and space is limited to the first 12 participants.
