Join us for this FREE education program to learn more about crusty critters. Crustaceans, such as blue crabs, hermit crabs, fiddler crabs and shrimps, are “crusty” because they wear their skeletons on the outside. We will learn about these important animals and discuss why they are so valuable to estuaries and humans alike. Participants of all ages will observe, interact and get hands on with these crusty critters to better understand their critical role in the estuaries.
We will meet at 10 a.m. in the Auditorium at The Marine Science Education Center (855 East Cotter Ave.). Please RSVP to reserve your spot: Nicole Pringle at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or 361-749-3153
