The Wilson Cottage Complex is directly across the street from the MSI main campus.  Wilson 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, A and B are all two bedroom with Jack and Jill Bathrooms. Wilson C is a one bedroom. This complex allows pets with rental agreement. Renters with pets must provide their own furniture. All units are assigned on a first come-first served basis and units without pets are furnished. bEACH STREET APARTMENTS, 700 Beach street, PORT ARANSAS, TX 78373

The Beach Street Apartment Complex is only a few blocks from the MSI Main Campus.  All units are on the second and third floor.  Beach Street 201 and 301 are a two-bedroom apartment. Beach Street 212 and 312 are a two-bedroom apartment with a study that could also be used as a small bedroom. Beach Street 227, 242, 327, and 342 are one-bedroom apartments.
