UT Summer Science is an exciting, inquiry-based learning experience for youth entering 3rd through 8th grade. Throughout the week, participants will be immersed in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM) engagements that take them outside of the classroom and into the field and laboratory. Each Summer Science session is co-facilitated by a scientist from the University of Texas Marine Science Institute and a program educator, and provides participants with the opportunity to gain new skills, make new friends, build a deeper appreciation for the natural environment and discover what it truly means to be a scientist!
